About Merry Maids of Charlotte
Denise and Joe Litzelman started Merry Maids of Charlotte in 1995, and the Litzelman family celebrated twenty-one years of ownership this past May. The Litzelmans started their Merry Maids franchise with three goals: to provide quality cleanings to clients, to give those same clients the customer service of a family business with the security of national franchise standards, and to provide their employees with a steady, happy work environment. The Litzelmans stayed true to their family values when their daughter Jenny joined the business in 2011. Jenny shares the same goals and values as her parents, and works to keep Merry Maids relevant to evolving client needs.
In addition to Denise and Jenny in the office, the Merry Maids staff also includes franchise manager Karolina and personnel supervisor Diana. The office staff at Merry Maids are ready to answer any and all questions you may have. Our priority is to make sure you have an outstanding experience with us and trust us with your home. In order to gain that trust Merry Maids does extensive screening of all employees. Our screening process includes E-verify, drug testing, criminal background checks, and motor vehicle checks.
